At Shisr we will get off road to reach the big dunes of the Rub al Khali desert. We will stop to see a camel camp where the black camels of the desert are bred. After a most spectacular sunset on top of the highest dunes we will reach our camp where we will enjoy a traditional dinner around the campfire, listening to the many legends of the desert. We will spend the night in a traditional tent under the starry sky. The following morning, we will stop in Wadi Dowka, to see the largest concentration of Boswellia sacra trees, the plant that produces the frankincense resin.
